The inspection Process

Before the Inspection: After the appointment is scheduled we will ask that you please sign an inspection agreement prior to the inspection. We are more than happy to e-mail this document to you so you have adequate time to look it over. All inspections follow the Internachi Standards of Practice.

During the inspection: First and foremost, we encourage clients to join the inspector during the walk-through, if possible. This allows us to answer any question you may have or vice versa. Please refer to the Standards of Practice above to see what will be included and excluded in the report.

After the Inspection: We will provide a detailed inspection report delivered electronically no later than the following day. Please note that nearly all inspection reports will be delivered to our clients the same day as the inspection.

Radon testing and why it is important.
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas and is the second leading cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. It is colorless, odorless and tasteless and you wont know it's there unless you test for it. These gases can seep through cracks in the foundation and enter your home. We encourage our clients to use our radon testing services, which can be set up during the home inspection. Our radon services are second to none, providing accurate and reliable data readings after a 48-hour continuous test. By the end of the monitoring session you will have a highly accurate reading and be more informed on any action that may need to be taken.
