Elite Inspection Services
Inspecting your home is our business
Whether you are buying, selling or even renting, it is our goal that you are well informed on the overall condition of your home or property. At ECHI, we understand that this can be a stressful time. Let us put your mind at ease so you can avoid any unforeseen repairs. We strongly encourage sellers to book an inspection as well. Costly repairs are the last thing you need when it comes time to sell your home. We also offer warranty, new construction and home maintenance inspections (recommended every ten years). Are you looking for radon testing as well? We got you covered, with precision equipment that provides the most accurate results. The air you breathe in your home is just as important as the home itself.
The inspection Process
Before the Inspection: After the appointment is scheduled we will ask that you please sign an inspection agreement prior to the inspection. We are more than happy to e-mail this document to you so you have adequate time to look it over. All inspections follow the ASHI Standards of Practice.
During the inspection: First and foremost, we encourage clients to join the inspector during the walk-through, if possible. This allows us to answer any question you may have or vice versa. Please refer to the Standards of Practice above to see what will be included and excluded in the report.
After the Inspection: We will provide a detailed inspection report delivered electronically no later than 8:00 a.m. the following day. Note that nearly all inspection reports will be delivered to our clients the same day. Forms of payment accepted at this time are cash or check. We will accept payments after the inspection has been completed.
With Elite Certified Home Inspections LLC, inspections don't have to be nerve racking. We understand that purchasing a home is a complex process. Call now and let ECHI sweat the small stuff so you can focus on your future.
Proudly offering our services in Northern Colorado and the Denver Metro area.
Radon testing and why it is important.
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas and is the second leading cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. It is colorless, odorless and tasteless and you wont know it's there unless you test for it. These gases can seep through cracks in the foundation and enter your home. We encourage our clients to use our radon testing services, which can be set up during the home inspection. Our radon services are second to none, providing accurate and reliable data readings after a 48 hour continuous test. By the end of the monitoring session you will have a highly accurate reading and be more informed on any action that may need to be taken.
AT ECHI, it is our goal to provide the most accurate and comprehensive inspection report possible. We take pride in our work and treat each property as if it were our own. Passion, honesty and astounding customer service is what we strive to provide to our clients one inspection at a time.
